LAVAL, Que. -- Three young girls were rushed to hospital with minor injuries after a car crashed into their daycare centre near Montreal.
Laval police say the elderly woman who was driving the car was also being treated for minor injuries.
Authorities say the children, who are all three-years-old, were not seriously injured.
One of the girls was run over by the vehicle and suffered wounds to her face.
A doctor at Montreal's Ste-Justine Hospital said she is stable and that the injuries could have been much worse.
One of the other children was under observation while the third was released from hospital.
